Wim Wenders films the legendary Japanese designer Yohji Yamamoto in Tokyo and Paris. They talk about work, clothing, and film, and their conversations develop into a friendship. The camera follows Yamamoto’s daily life as he sketches, cuts, and tries on clothes. "Notebook on Cities and Clothes" ultimately becomes a diary where cities, people, and ideas constantly appear in new combinations. The screening will be introduced by poet Arve Kleiva.
